Janice M. Fleischer,
J.D., is
the principal of FLASH RESOLUTIONS.
Ms. Fleischer is dedicated to the success of each group with
which she works. While focusing on the provision of direct
services to groups, governments and organizations, she is
also building the field through training, mentoring and research
(theory to practice).
Since 1990, Ms. Fleischer
has been a Florida Supreme Court certified Mediator who has
worked both privately and for the courts, designed and administered
a court-based family mediation program, worked for the Florida
Conflict Resolution Consortium as the south Florida office
Coordinator and, most recently, initiated and developed the
South Florida Regional Planning Council’s Institute
for Community Collaboration. Ms. Fleischer left the Institute
to open her own firm, FLASH RESOLUTIONS, in October, 2004,
She has focused her practice in public policy Facilitation
and Mediation since 1996. Her publications include: “Group
Facilitation: A Way to Address Problems Collaboratively” (co-author,
Zena Zumeta, Esq.) Dispute Resolution Magazine, Summer,
1998 and “Quality
and Implementation of Agreements: Are Products of Environmental
Public Policy Conflict Resolution and Consensus Building
Efforts being Implemented? How do they compare to Products
